- Payment-related data. Payments are processed through Razorpay and supported payment networks. We do not directly receive or store complete card, bank-account, UPI PIN or other full payment credential data.
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, searches, interactions, approximate location and cookie or similar identifiers.
- Communication data, including enquiries, complaints, photographs or attachments you submit and our responses.
- Marketing preferences and consent records.
How we use personal data
- To operate the website, create and manage accounts, process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, send transactional updates and provide support.
- To administer returns, replacements, refunds, loyalty points, fraud prevention and security.
- To improve products, content, navigation, search, performance and customer experience using proportionate analytics.
- To send occasional marketing communications when permitted. You may unsubscribe from email marketing at any time without affecting transactional messages.
- To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes and protect customers, Ishvarya and third parties.

Recipients may include Shopify and its commerce infrastructure; Razorpay and payment partners; Shiprocket, couriers and logistics providers; email, messaging, analytics, consent, loyalty, review, customer-support, fraud-prevention and hosting providers that are actually enabled at launch; professional advisers; regulators, courts and law-enforcement authorities where lawfully required; and a successor in a genuine merger, reorganisation or transfer of business.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary technologies to run the storefront, remember a cart, secure checkout and maintain sessions. With the choices available through our consent tool, we may also use preference, analytics and marketing technologies. Retention

The website is intended for persons capable of entering a valid purchase transaction. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided data should contact the grievance contact.
Data location and transfers
Our technology and service providers may process data in India or other locations where they operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable legal requirements. We will follow restrictions on cross-border processing that apply to us.
